Theresa Black earned her Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University. Her clinical experience includes working for over twenty years in various roles as a case manager, school social worker, mental health specialist, and prevention clinician. She has worked in independent and public schools as well as in private practice and community mental health. Theresa has experience with individuals and groups of all ages, though she is most energized and passionate working with children, adolescents, and families.
Her specialties include autism, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, behavior problems, and parenting concerns. She has experience with children who are identified as gifted and with those who are neurodivergent. Theresa will encourage, teach, and gently challenge you on your journey toward the life you desire for yourself and/or your child.
As a clinician certified in Gestalt Psychotherapy and Trauma and Resilience, with extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Theresa’s goal is to provide you with a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can fully engage in the present and deepen your awareness of self and others.
Coming into therapy can be a difficult and uncomfortable experience for many, yet Theresa’s warm, empathetic, and caring approach quickly puts people at ease. Susan Bourquard earned her Doctor of Ministry degree in Formational Counseling and her Master of Arts in Mental Health Clinical Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. Susan specializes in the treatment of codependency, women’s issues, compulsive behaviors, childhood trauma and spiritual direction. Susan is also a Certified Anger Management Specialist and leads an on-going anger management group (This group fulfills the requirements for court-ordered anger management education, but is also attended by those who choose to take this step on their own)
Exploring life’s heartaches in a safe therapeutic environment is Susan’s goal. These heartaches may have their origin in an emotionally abusive childhood. They may also present themselves as a result of traumatic adolescent or adult wounding. Due to Susan’s past traumatic experiences and healing from poor coping skills, she has focused much of her training on trauma recovery and codependency.
Susan also has experience working with people who have undergone divorce or who have never married. She understands the emotional and spiritual issues faced when walking a path of singleness. Susan comprehends and embraces the value of a healthy relationship and is pleased to come along side others who are seeking healing.

Raychel Fusting is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and received her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Social Work from The Ohio State University. Raychel works with children, teens, and families who have histories of adjustment difficulties or trauma. She has helped families in intense crisis situations navigate healing and connection, and is passionate about giving children a platform for their unique voices to be heard.
Raychel is experienced working with children and families with a variety of presenting problems including but not limited to, ADHD, defiance, school avoidance, and other behavior concerns. Raychel is extremely passionate about advocating for the needs of her clients and enjoys creating individualized treatment plans for each client to meet their needs. Raychel utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as family-systems approaches to work with children to better understand and illuminate their thought processes in order to facilitate healing.
Raychel firmly believes in the client-first approach and will tailor each session to uniquely meet the needs of each of the clients or families she works with. She strives to create an environment that is warm, welcoming, and safe for each child and parent she works with. Raychel believes that hard things are hard and looks forward to helping each of her clients navigate the hardships they are going through to reach healing and harmony.

Dr. Gibson specializes in diagnosing, treating, and coaching adult ADHD. She has earned professional certifications as an Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Coach and an ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). She facilitated ADHD support groups for several years.
She has extensive experience in higher education and has worked with many young adults, helping them onboard to college and supporting them to persist and succeed. Her practice includes adolescents (16+), adults, and elders (65+). She also works with couples who are impacted by ADHD, resulting in neurodiverse relationship challenges.
With an integrative evidenced-based approach, Dr. Gibson addresses the whole client—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. She includes somatic type interventions in her work, including “tapping” or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). She sees people in the context of their family of origin and other environmental factors that have shaped their experience. She believes that every person’s life is an unfolding narrative and people can edit their stories to hold a more truthful view of themselves, appreciate their strengths, and move toward positive change for the future.
Dr. Gibson specializes in treating ADHD, neurodiverse couples, anxiety, depression, impulse control, life transitions, mid-life issues, and grief. She is an independently Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a doctorate in Counselor Education & Supervision, earning graduate degrees from Ashland Theological Seminary and Ohio University.

Sherri Grimone earned her Master’s of Social Work from The Ohio State University, and has over twenty-five years of clinical experience. She has worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse, ADD, and ADHD. Sherri specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents who want to help their children reach their highest potential. Her goal is to help families achieve a more harmonious and happy life.
Sherri has extensive training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Traumatic events can cover a wide range from sexual abuse, physical/verbal abuse, and the loss of loved ones. CBT is used to help process past trauma. She uses a therapeutic approach that allows her to adapt her sessions to suit the specific needs of the individual and/or family. Her sessions may include CBT, trauma-focused CBT, play therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR therapy which focuses on relieving psychological stress or trauma. She has specific experience within schools, helping adolescents with substance abuse issues. Her work includes prevention, and individual/family therapy to help deal with the underlying issues.
Sherri has a strong passion for helping children. Her goal is to help them reach their potential and lead happier and more productive lives. Whether it is working with the child or integrating other family members into the sessions, she strives to help them achieve a plan that will guide them into the future.

Tyler Leonhart earned his Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University and Bachelor of Social Work degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Tyler focused on mental health & substance misuse while earning his social work degree. He has developed an interest in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance misuse, and previous and/or current trauma.
Tyler uses EMDR therapy and Cognitive Processing therapy and actively pursues additional understanding of the complexities of trauma. Tyler aims to work alongside the individual to identify personal goals, develop a therapeutic approach to pursue each goal, and assess progress after each completed session. The ultimate goal is to provide an inclusive and comfortable environment for individuals to pursue their personal goals and become their best possible selves.

Anita Ritchey earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Liberty University and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). She has led numerous groups as well as counseled hundreds of individuals since 2012.
Her life experiences have created a desire in her to help others find healing through their pain and work on bettering themselves. She believes that growth can come from any situation when you make room for difficult emotions and discover resilience. Whether you need her to provide a listening ear or guidance for specific ways to heal or improve your life, she is here to help.

Angela is an independently licensed professional clinical counselor. She received her Master’s degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. Angela is a skilled and experienced clinical counselor, she has worked with anxiety, depression, OCD symptoms trauma and grief. Angela specializes in working with couples as well as working with wounded couples who have experienced infidelity and are in need of repair and recovery after an affair. It is Angela’s passion to help couples create fulfilling and satisfying marriages.
With a background in counseling and training in couple’s therapy, Angela has the expertise and knowledge to help couples overcome a wide range of relationship challenges. Angela is dedicated to helping couples improve communication, build stronger connections and work through conflicts in a healthy and productive way.
Angela uses a wide range of techniques and integrative approach combining multiple empirically supported types of therapy tailored to fit the individual person or couple being seen. She is trained and has extensive experience in EMDR, Gottman training as well as EFT, emotionally focused therapy. Angela takes a non-judgmental approach, creating a safe and supportive space for couples and individuals to explore their feelings and work towards their goals.

Stephanie’s theoretical orientation is eclectic and integrative, incorporating interpersonal process therapy (IPT) (here and now), psychodynamic, relational and CBT models. She approaches therapy from a strengths based approach, focusing on client’s inherent strengths and resiliencies rather than their weaknesses. She also utilize CBT to focus on changing negative core beliefs and cognitive distortions and DBT to teach distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal assertiveness skills. Lastly, Stephanie is very relational in her approach in order to provide clients with a corrective emotional experience and holding environment for them to feel safe, secure, empowered and validated.
Areas of interest/expertise: lawyers and law students, women’s issues, infertility, eating issues, grief/bereavement, aviation and college mental health, relationship and interpersonal concerns, and couples work. However, she considers herself a generalist first and foremost and maintain a broad caseload consisting of clients with a range of presenting concerns.
Stephanie offers individual, family, couples and group therapy. She also provides psychosocial assessment, consultation and education.
