Meghan is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She earned her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from the University of Notre Dame and her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Cincinnati. She works in private practice and incorporates a range of evidence-based modalities such as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) depending on what feels most supportive for the client. Meghan works with teens, adults, and older adults and helps clients struggling with anxiety, depression, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, relationships, grief, trauma, and life transitions.

Meghan is passionate about creating safe, welcoming, and empowering spaces where clients can explore their authentic selves and work toward their goals. To do this, Meghan strives to create a “come as you are” environment in sessions—one that encourages and celebrates self-expression, compassion, and exploration. Her ultimate goal is that, through counseling, clients can reach a place where they feel empowered, grounded, and no longer in need of support.
